Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We ship to all addresses in Australia.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time: Standard Shipping takes approximately 10 business days after processing. Some items may take a little longer during busy periods.

Shipping cost: Standard Shipping is A$11 and FREE on orders over A$100.

Tracking: every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once your order ships.

Multiple items: if you order several products they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Delays or lost parcels: if your tracking hasn't updated for 20 days or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us and we'll resend it or refund you.

Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
